Terms of Service:

1. The client agrees that their order will be primarily delivered via email. BizPlanCorner.com bears no responsibility for errors made by client in providing their email address.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee provided by BizPlanCorner.com means that BizPlanCorner.com will provide as many revisions as may be needed by the client, free of charge, until he/she is fully satisfied by the service delivered. The client agrees that at least 7 business days will be allowed to BizPlanCorner.com to fulfill the client's request for revision.

3. BizPlanCorner.com does not guarantee a turn around time on plan revisions. Business Plan revisions will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be processed with respect to your plan writer’s current work load. 

4. The client agrees that in order to avail the free revision facility, they need to contact BizPlanCorner.com with their request for revision within 15 days of business plan delivery.

5. The estimated turn around time for a complete business plan is 15-20 business days (depending on workload). The turn around estimation is based on the date that we receive all applicable information to complete your plan.

6. We will send you a questionnaire (inquiring your company and product/service details) in order to write factually accurate business plan for you. This questionnaire needs to be completed by you before BizPlanCorner.com starts working on your plan.

Refund Policy:

1. BizPlanCorner.com will refund full amount paid by the client in case if we are unable to deliver the service for any reason. The client needs to contact BizPlanCorner.com in writing via email for the refund to be processed.

2. Due to the fact that BizPlanCorner.com bears high costs associated with the completion of custom business plan for its clients, BizPlanCorner.com will offer no refund after the order has been delivered. 

3. In case if the client wishes to cancel the order after 24 hours of completing the payment, they will have to bear processing and/or billing charges incurred on the order by BizPlanCorner.com. 

Privacy Policy:

1- BizPlanCorner.com agrees that any personal or order information provided by the client during the course of ordering will never be passed on to third parties.

Prohibited Projects:

1- BizPlanCorner.com cannot write plans for businesses selling or promoting products involving pornography, musical services, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, gambling, and hatred  or ethnic/religious intolerance. In case a client places an order with BizPlanCorner.com for a business selling any of the products mentioned above, BizPlanCorner.com reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund the full amount paid by the client.
